Hypnotherapy can help with Insomnia

We are all designed to have sleep.  On average we spend nearly 2,500 hours asleep every year!  On average a person usually needs around 7 hours of sleep per night.  This is important as it has an impact on psychological and physical health.

Insomnia is when sleep deprivation is experienced. Sometimes clients have difficulty getting off to sleep or remaining sleep and this can lead to issues such as stress, anxiety, fear as well as physical health problems.

Hypnotherapy is useful in order to identify the cause of insomnia and can show the subconscious mind ways of getting back into a good sleeping pattern.  Self-hypnosis is particularly well suited to help with insomnia, as it can be practised before sleep as an aid to inducing sleep. Hypnotherapy is also useful in order for a client to achieve good quality sleep too. Therefore, good quality sleep allows a person to feel refreshed and full of energy.

Clients have experienced excellent results from tailor made Hypnotherapy in order to identify where the problem has stemmed from and practical ways how to achieve a good night’s sleep again.

There is a brief but lovely testimonial from a client who was struggling with insomnia for 20 years. After receiving hypnotherapy and the client actioning suitable tasks to compliment the hypnotherapy, the client now sleeps well!
